Moderation is Key: No Dehydration from Coffee With Moderate Intake--Phew!

Past data has shown a possible connection between dehydration and regular coffee consumption.  However, more findings are showing that in Moderation (no more than 4 cups/day), there is not a link to dehydration with coffee consumption.  Check out the link here: No Dehydration With Moderate Coffee Consumption
