A NEW Origin and farm for us, this beautiful red honey processed coffee is from Legacy Coffee Farm in La Paz, Honduras. Ashley Williams, the farmer, ensures each varietal is separated to provide us with the specific coffee we are looking for. Lempira is a hybrid cross of Timor & Caturra.
The honey process leaves some of the coffee cherry fruit on the bean during drying, imparting a luscious berry and sugarcane flavor.
