About - Coffee from Finca Corahe, located in Zentla Veracruz, by producer Rigoberto Cordova. He specializes in specialty/experimental lots. They began thinking of alternatives to washed processing methods to increase sustainability, which resulted in the design + creation of cherry coffee dehydration equipment to control all the variables (aka not depending on weather conditions), thus resulting in the natural honey processing method.
