At Erie Coffee, we are committed to providing the best coffee, roasted direct to order.  However, occasionally some of our roasted coffee approaches the one month date.  While coffee does not expire, it is known to lose some flavor after 3 months, which means we sometimes have coffee that was roasted 1 or 2 months prior that is still amazing!  Since it is not the fresh roasted coffee we promise (roasted in the past 15 days), we are now offering 12oz bags for $15!  That's a steal, considering we sometimes have roasters' reserve bags in the mix.
