An earthy, 3 year aged Pu-erh tea from the Yunnan Province. Though it is a black tea, the aging process imparts earthy notes and reduces tannins found in other black teas. One tsp per 8 ounces of water. Steep at 200° for 3-5 minutes. Ingredient: BlackTea
