Erie Coffee Roasters is happy to announce another introduction class to roasting! Come in to roast 250g-300g of green coffee using the origin of your choice. We will have upwards of 10 options to choose from.
Let us guide you through roasting theory and then set you loose on our sample roaster so you can develop your roast profile for your very own coffee. We'll be there the entire time to keep you on track, but you will take home what you roast (even if it is terrible)!
